Demonstrating your SAP SuccessFactors Payroll capabilities.

Configuration SAP SuccessFactors Payroll applications.

Interacting with client Subject Matter Experts to ensure optimal use and return on investment from their Payroll system.

Supporting and leading colleagues to deliver the highest quality service to our clients to contribute to the overall success of the project.

Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate.

Required:
-
Bachelor's degree - preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management, or other Human Resources related degrees

4 years experience in post-production support and/or full life cycle implementations of the SAP on-prem Payroll or SuccessFactors EC Payroll system.

2 years experience leading teams and/or workstreams through at least one project.

Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements

Manage the SAP SuccessFactors projects to ensure timely delivery

Understand the technology landscape and how it affects the client's area of the business; trends associated with the technology; functional areas and industries and the value propositions for clients to rotate to the new

Salary: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
