Welcome to Global Reddy Match. Global Reddy Match is a specialized platform designed to connect members of the Reddy community and diaspora for meaningful relationships based on shared cultural values and astrological compatibility.

By accessing our app or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Service.

 

1. Eligibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.

• Community Intent: This Service is intended for individuals seeking matrimonial or serious relationship connections within the Reddy community or those with an affinity for its traditions.

• Legal Status: By registering, you represent that you have not been convicted of a felony or a sex offense. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and suspend accounts that do not meet these criteria.

 

2. Account Registration & Security

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your Caste/Sub-caste (if applicable), Gotra, Date of Birth, and Location, as these are integral to our matching algorithms.

• One Account Policy: You may only register one unique account. Creating multiple, fraudulent, or impersonation accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

 

3. Purpose of the Service

• Matchmaking Tool: Global Reddy Match provides compatibility recommendations based on user preferences, AI algorithms, and traditional Vedic Astrology parameters (e.g., Guna Milap, Porutham).

• No Guarantee: These scores and recommendations are for informational and cultural purposes only. We do not guarantee compatibility, marriage success, or the accuracy of astrological predictions. You agree that your decisions and interactions are at your sole discretion.

 

4. Safety & Background Checks

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT GLOBAL REDDY MATCH / ADVANTAGE PRO LC DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS OR SCREENINGS ON ITS USERS.

• We do not verify the private statements of users regarding their background, financial status, or intent.

• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your interactions. We strongly advise you to use caution, common sense, and external verification methods (such as family inquiries) when interacting with other members.

  • Your safety is our priority. If you encounter inappropriate behavior or content, please use the Report button available on every profile or contact support through the in-app Help Center.
    You may also block or unfriend any user you do not wish to interact with.

• Optional Third-Party Background Checks

  • Available Add-On Service: For members who desire an extra level of assurance, Advantage Pro Services can facilitate an optional, third-party background check on a match, offered for a separate fee.

 

5. User Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy

To maintain the integrity of our community, you agree NOT to:

• Post content that is hate speech, threatening, sexually explicit, pornographic, or offensive to community values.

• Harass, bully, or defame any other user or their family members.

• Use the service for solicitation, commercial spam, or fraud.

Zero Tolerance Enforcement: We maintain a strict Zero Tolerance Policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

• Content reported as violating these terms will be reviewed and removed promptly (typically within 24 hours).

• Users found violating this policy will be immediately ejected from the Service and permanently banned.

 

6. User-Generated Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the photos, biodata, and personal narratives you upload.

• License: By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, process, and use this content for the purpose of providing the matchmaking service.

• Warranty: You warrant that you own the rights to your content and that it does not infringe on the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.

 

7. Payment & Refunds

• Subscriptions: Certain premium features (e.g., advanced filtering, unlimited chat) may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.

• Refund Policy: All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you delete your account or are banned for violating these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund for any unused subscription time.

 

8. Privacy & Data Rights

Your privacy is critical. We collect data (including Precise Location for verification and Birth Details for astrological charting) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your Rights Under US State Laws:

• Virginia (VCDPA) & California (CCPA): Residents of these states have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms (including our proprietary matchmaking engine), logos, and designs are the exclusive property of Advantage Pro LC. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADVANTAGE PRO LC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE;

• THE CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS (ONLINE OR OFFLINE);

• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
