Welcome to Global Reddy Match, operated by Cosmic Match (part of Advantage Pro).
By using our app or website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using our services.

1. Eligibility

Global Reddy Match is intended for users 18 years and older.
By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that the information you provide is true and accurate.

2. Account Registration

​

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate personal details such as your name, date of birth, and contact information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.

3. Purpose of the App

​

Global Reddy Match is designed to help users connect for meaningful, culturally compatible relationships.
Matches are suggested using AI and astrology-based compatibility models (e.g., Guna Milap and Astro Match Scores).
We do not guarantee that matches will result in any specific outcome, including marriage or long-term relationships.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the app respectfully and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You must not:
• Post or share content that is obscene, abusive, threatening, or defamatory.
• Impersonate another individual or create fake accounts.
• Use the service for commercial solicitation, spam, or advertising.
• Attempt to collect data from other users without their consent.

Violation of these rules may lead to suspension or permanent account removal.

5. User-Generated Content

​

Users may upload profiles, photos, and descriptions. By submitting such content, you grant Cosmic Match a limited license to display and process it for matchmaking purposes.
You retain ownership of your content, but you are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe on the rights of others.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable or abusive material.
Reported content will be reviewed and, if necessary, removed within 24 hours.

6. Safety and Reporting

​

Your safety is our priority. If you encounter inappropriate behavior or content, please use the Report button available on every profile or contact support through the in-app Help Center.
You may also block or unfriend any user you do not wish to interact with.

7. Privacy

8. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, software, logos, and content on Global Reddy Match are the exclusive property of Cosmic Match and Advantage Pro.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of this material is strictly prohibited.

Cosmic Match provides its services “as is.” We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of matches, compatibility scores, or user behavior.
We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from user interactions, whether online or offline.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.
You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.

​

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect new features or legal requirements.
Continued use of the app after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
